THE BRIT IS BACK
The weekend of October 15/16 is going to be a great time for ECF and anyone else looking to join us. Our new-old friend Anthony Chapman from England will be in the area and wants to drop by and give away some life to our body. Anthony is a man full of love and grace; so much so that his words confront many mindsets that we in the church have yet to be free of, most likely! In fact, he currently has a word for the church at large and we have said we desire to receive it.
We are going to do it up right with a BBQ dinner Saturday night, the 15th. Some of the men will take care of the brisket and sausage and others feel free to bring your favorite side or dessert. We do not have a time set in stone for Saturday night, but most likely we will begin supper in the 6-6:30pm range and follow up with worship on a full belly and Anthony’s comments. We will have the normal format on Sunday morning with Anthony again bringing the message.
Please begin to pray for our body and for Anthony as he comes to pour out his love and revelation on us. This will be an exciting time for us. And, feel free to bring anyone you feel would benefit from this weekend.
