Coming from a rather conservative religious background, I’d never heard of anything like the Pool before I came to ECF, but it has definitely been a blessing to me in the past few months, and Tuesdays nights are a highlight of my week. The word about experiencing healing as you soak in the presence of the Lord has definitely been true for me. One of my favorite things about the Pool is that no matter what is going on in my life, when I come before the Lord to just be in his presence, every week all my other concerns melt away. It’s like I lost track and then once I’m in his presence, I’m reminded of what really matters and he helps me to refocus. I love being able to come and have a safe place to just be free and sit with the Lord and not have any of the distractions of the world. -Karen

I have lost count how many times that I have visited the “POOL”, But last Tuesday nite I stayed there for hours upon hours. It was amazing, refreshing, emotional, comforting being in His presence for that period of time. There was times that I found myself dozing off an yet coming back to the same place, to the words He was speaking to me before I dozed. It’s like your in this dream with rivers of water flowing over and over you, but your not gasping for air. I when not really asking or praying for anything or about anything, but I left that morning with alot. AS WE DRAW CLOSER TO HIM, HE COMES AND TAKES US IN HIS ARMS AND CALLS US TO HIMSELF FOR HIS PURPOSE/HIS GLORY!! - Don

When we first heard from the Lord concerning “The Pool”, one of the confirming words from an outside source was from the voice of prophetic intercessor Christine Potter. She said, “expect the Lord to add healing salts and healing oils to the waters.” I think we’re very quick to assume that primarely implies physical healing. Yeah, it totally includes physical healing, but so much more is available in that little statement Christine spoke. Our going into “The Pool” with a heart ready to deal with whatever God wants to deal with is quite the encounter. I think what she spoke has come to pass! I believe with all of my heart that healing can and will happen once we’re in position to receive such a gift. Offering up our battered heart, oozing wounds, fresh scars and tattered spirit will not be ignored by the Lord. There is so much anointing in the waters right now. Why? Because, He is in the water. He is the water. Drink up! Drink up! - Bro. Mike -

The past two nights that I have gone to the Pool has been awesome…I always thought when I went there before, I had to be doing something, singing…praying…etc…But recently, I finally “get” what the Pool really is…just being with “HIM” and letting “HIM” love me and me love “HIM”…thats all! I don’t have to do anything at all and if I want to pray, sing or do whatever…that’s great too! God is so amazing!!! [amanda]

This morning may have been the strongest Presence of the Lord since I’ve been attending The Pool. Wave after wave of love came over me as I rested. Honestly, I have wondered in the past if the people of ECF really understood The Pool. I have felt that we’ve not fully utilized the miracle that it really is. A place were we can gather and rest…no work…nothing to do but receive what God gives out. The instructions were to not advertise or push. Just let God bring whomever. So, that is what we’ve done….nothing. It was if the Holy Spirit spoke directly to me this morning. “It doesn’t matter who comes, when they come or what they do when they get here…I am here to bless my children…love my children.” I have yet to be disappointed with my time in the refreshing waters. The increase is evident regardless of our own intensity. Drink up! Drink Up! - Bro. Mike -
